Important: You can find the principles of this group in the "resources" section (it is the doc at the very bottom of the list). Livelihood thinking is a useful and versatile approach to understanding the challenges and implications of market access for small scale producers and to develop strategies to make markets work better for them. This is a space to share resources, ideas and experiences on how to make market systems work to improve the livelihoods of marginalised small-scale producers, and to find concrete initiatives where members can collaborate. The objectives of the groups are: - Sharing and testing pro-poor market development tools. - Gathering evidence and making the case for livelihood approaches to market development and impact assessment. - Developing the capacity of the group members. - Developing policy messages.
