The Forum is envisaged as a suitable vehicle for delivering the vision. It is a non-profit entity focusing on promoting leadership and leadership development within the region. It draws from shared principles and experiences on the need to create partnerships, networks, and communication mechanisms towards development of leadership skills and resources.
